• Make mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Be able to work alone or with a team. Create new apps from scratch and update existing ones.
• Architect, build and maintain excellent mobile apps with clean code.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Release applications to the Apple and Google Play stores.
• Participate in product and design ideation, and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.
• Ensure architecture and code quality that can scale as the team grows.
• Automate things wherever needed.
• Proficiency in Dart, the programming language used in Flutter development.
• Experience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party libraries.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Extensive experience with Firebase: Cloud Firestore, Firestore database, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, etc.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience in creating and editing videos for social media platforms including YouTube shorts and Instagram reels.
• Strong understanding of video composition, visual storytelling, and graphic design principles
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform insights.
• Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact to deal closure using CRM tools.
• Client Meetings & Presentations: Present and pitch IT and marketing solutions to prospective clients, understanding their specific challenges and offering tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the IT and digital marketing industries.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Visits: Travel to various locations to meet with clients, understand their needs, and present our services. Regular travel will be required to build and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with prospective clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling.

Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT services or digital marketing.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT solutions and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media).
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and marketing concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Client Management: Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation to ensure long-term client partnerships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
